Promoting and Addressing the Sustainable Use of Natural Resources in PA

 

National Park Divjaka-Karavasta - 5 December 2017 – On the occasion of 5th of December, the World Earth Day (agriculture), as well as the International Volunteering Day, INCA organized several activities with women from the National Park "Divjake-Karavasta".

With INCA support, around 100 soft pine seedlings were planted and  park's facilities cleaned as part of activities under the initiative "Clean up Albania we love". Finally, in order to promote the Park’s natural values, an observation activity was organized for the natural beauties offered by the Park landscape as well as birds watch, such as pelican, flamingo, wild rose, cobweb etc.

This activity took place within the SENiOR II Albania program, implemented by REC Albania, funded by the Swedish Government (Embassy of Sweden in Tirana)
