INCA in cooperation with the University of Genoa in the framework of the project #BluecoALITion: "Sustainable Development for Albania coast-sea natural capital" implemented by CELIM and several other Italian organizations, have undertaken a development plan for Porto Palermo and the surrounding coastal areas. The purpose of this activity is to contribute to the realization of a study on the marine habitat of Porto Palermo with a focus on the presence of Posidonia Oceanica and the recently recorded ecological trend.
