Informative meetings on national legislation in the field of conservation of natural resources

INCA continues to hold briefings on national legislation in the field of natural resource conservation and local government responsibilities, forms and tools to advocate.

The purpose of the meeting is to present the respective legislation in the field of conservation of natural resources, specifying the responsibilities of the local government in relation to the implementation of this legislation.

 

In this meeting, the network and other actors will be informed about the forms and tools needed to request information from relevant institutions and what tools can be used to address non-implementation of laws and bylaws, and also the institutional responsibility of the identified issues.

 

This activity is realized by #INCAAlbania in cooperation #HorizontEU in Divjaka, #EcologicalClubofLezha in Lezha and #MMZHTHas in Hasi, in framework of the project "Networking and Advocacy for Community Actions to the Conservation of Local Natural Resources", with the financial support of #LëvizAlbania, a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation SDC.
