Clean Shkumbin – Local Solutions, Fruitful Cooperation!

As part of the “Clean Shkumbini” initiative by AGRIEN, with the support of BeMed, meetings were held with local stakeholders to combat plastic pollution and build a sustainable waste management system.
🔹 During the meeting, INCA presented the results of the BeMed+ project and the need for a local action plan, and encouraged🤝 cooperation between municipalities, HORECA businesses and water tourism. Also, BeMed microgrants supported 🎓 Environmental education in schools as well as creative initiatives.
👥 Present at the meeting were civil society, local government, youth, teachers and local media.
