Meeting with Prrenjas municipality councilors to increase their role in lobbying and advocacy in protecting and managing the Shebenik-Jablanica National Park.

Representatives of the two beneficiary organizations of this mini-project led this activity according to an agenda:
- Familiarity with the project participants
- Lobbying and Advocacy for the Protection of KP Shebenik-Jablanica
- Identify the issues to be addressed for resolution by the relevant authorities.
- Questions and discussions with participants about these issues

The consultants, through questions and discussions, were interested in the transparency of AdZM Elbasan's decisions, the supply of firewood to residents living in the park area, the livestock grazing, the grazing fees applied, the construction of HEPPs, on forest cutting and in particular on the area given for use within the traditional use area of ​​the park to a private entity for the cultivation of medicinal plants.

 The councilors called for increased co-operation and coordination of work between the municipality administration and AdZM Elbasan for the protection of the park and the environment as a whole, and in particular the fight to extinguish fires which was not at the proper level.

Meeting with residents of the village of Dragostunje to increase their role in lobbying and advocacy in protecting and managing the Shebenik-Jablanica National Park.

The meeting opened with the speech of Agri-En representative and continued with the speech of AdZM Elbasan. The project manager familiarized the residents with the project, the activities developed and the progress of the project as a whole.

The representative of AdZM Elbasan introduced the participants with the Management Plan of KP Shebenik-Jablanica.

At this meeting we were introduced to the problems of these residents, such as the supply of firewood, high grazing fees, the recognition of properties within the park.

The demand of these residents was to change the boundaries of the park,  to open an irrigation canal in the park and to increase investment in forest cleaning and so on.

Meeting with residents of Kuterman, Vehcan and Floq, Kokreve and Letem villages to increase their lobbying and advocacy role in protecting and managing the Shebenik-Jablanica National Park. 

At these meetings, the participants were introduced to the project, its purpose and objectives, the management plan of the park and various issues that concern the community and other stakeholders. In this activity there were questions and discussions about the conservation and management of Shebenik-Jablanica National Park. Residents raised concerns about HPPs and the availability of firewood for the winter season, as well as the problem of grazing restrictions and lower livestock grazing fees. AdZM Elbasan representatives explained the possible ways and opportunities to meet the needs of thepeople with firewood in a sustainable and controllable way.

The meeting was of great interest to the participants, who were engaged in questions, discussions and debates on the issues and ways of managing the Shebenik-Jablanica National Park and protecting the Protected Areas. The meeting was attended by representatives of INCA Tirana, Librazhd municipality administration, businesses, local NGOs, specialists, residents etc.

Planned activity with actors of the Hotolisht Administrative Unit area as a community living in and around the KP Shebenik-Jablanica area. The event was also attended by representatives of the Hotolisht Administrative Unit and head of villages, resident and representative of AdZM Elbasan. Representatives of the two beneficiary organizations of this mini-project led this activity according to an agenda:
- Familiarity with project participants
- Lobbying and Advocacy for the Protection of KP Shebenik-Jablanica
- Identify the issues to be addressed for resolution by the relevant authorities.
- Questions and discussions with participants about these issues

The meeting was of great interest to the participants, who were engaged in questions, discussions and debates on the issues and ways of managing the Shebenik-Jablanica National Park and protecting the Protected Areas.

Meeting with Librazhd councilors to increase their role in lobbying and advocacy in protecting and managing the Shebenik-Jablanica National Park.

Planned activity with Librazhd municipality councilors with territories and communities in the park and around the KP Shebenik-Jablanica area. Representatives of the two beneficiary organizations of this mini-project led this activity according to an agenda:
- Familiarize participants with the project
- Lobbying and Advocacy for the Protection of KP Shebenik-Jablanica
- Identify the issues to be addressed for resolution by the relevant authorities.
- Questions and discussions with participants about these issues

The meeting was of great interest to the participants, who were engaged in questions, discussions and debates on the issues and ways of managing the Shebenik-Jablanica National Park and the nature as a whole. The councils also elected their representative to the local environmental forum for the protection and management of the National Park Shebenik-Jablanica.

Meeting with the Administration, village mayors, community and other stakeholders in the Steble Administrative Unit to increase their lobbying and advocacy role in protecting and managing the Shebenik-Jablanica National Park.

Planned activity with Stebleve Administrative Area actors as territorial and community units within and around the KP Shebenik-Jablanica area. The activities were attended by representatives of the Administrative Unit of Stebleve, head of villages, resident and representative of AdZM Elbasan. Representatives of the two beneficiary organizations of this mini-project led this activity according to an agenda:
- Familiarity with the project participants
- Lobbying and Advocacy for the Protection of KP Shebenik-Jablanica
- Identify the issues to be addressed for resolution by the relevant authorities
- Questions and discussions with participants about these issues
The meeting was of great interest to the participants, who were engaged in questions, discussions and debates on the issues and ways of managing the Shebenik-Jablanica National Park and protecting the Protected Areas.

Meeting with representatives of the Forestry and Pasture Agency, MNZ and other representatives of Librazhd municipality, AdZM Elbasan and specialists to increase their lobbying and advocacy role in protecting and managing the Shebenik-Jablanica National Park.

The participants asked questions, discussions and debates on the issues and ways of managing the Shebenik-Jablanica National Park and the protection of the Nature Conservation Area as a whole as well as enhancing AdZM Elbasan's cooperation with MNZs on extinguishing fires.

Meeting with the Administration, village heads, community and other stakeholders in the Center Administrative Unit to increase their role in lobbying and advocacy in the protection and management of the Shebenik-Jablanica National Park.

Planned activity with actors of the Center Administrative Unit area as a unit with community and territory within and around the NP Shebenik-Jablanica area. The activities were attended by representatives of Qender Administrative Unit, village mayor, business representatives, residents and representatives from AdZM Elbasan. Representatives of the two beneficiary organizations of this mini-project led this activity according to an agenda:
- Familiarity with the project participants
- Lobbying and Advocacy for the Protection of NP Shebenik-Jablanica
- Identify the issues to be addressed for resolution by the relevant authorities
- Questions and discussions with participants about these issues
The meeting was of great interest to the participants, who were active in questions about the construction of H, discussions and debates on the issues and ways of managing the Shebenik-Jablanica National Park and protecting the Protected Areas.

Planned activity with the administration and other stakeholders in the Municipality of Prrenjas as a municipality with a territory and community within and around the KP Shebenik-Jablanica area. The activities were attended by the mayor, N / Prefect, business representatives, specialties, residents and representatives from AdZM Elbasan etc. Representatives of the two beneficiary organizations of this mini-project led this activity according to an agenda:
- Familiarity with the project participants
- Lobbying and Advocacy for the Protection of KP Shebenik-Jablanica
- Identify the issues to be addressed for resolution by the relevant authorities
- Questions and discussions with participants about these issues
At the meeting, the Mayor emphasized the increase of cooperation with AdZM Elbasan and expressed the readiness to increase this cooperation especially in the fight against fires and the protection of the park and nature in general. Questions and discussions focused on the issues of the park such as the construction of HPPs, forest cutting, etc. The management plan of the Park was also discussed at the meeting.

Planned activity with actors of Qukes Administrative Unit area as units with territory and community within and around KP Shebenik-Jabllanicë area. The activities were attended by representatives of Qukes Administrative Unit, village mayor, representatives from MNZ of Prrenjas municipality and representatives from AdZM Elbasan. Representatives of the two beneficiary organizations of this mini-project led this activity according to an agenda:
- Familiarity with the project participants
- Lobbying and Advocacy for the Protection of NP Shebenik-Jablanica
- Identify the issues to be addressed for resolution by the relevant authorities
- Questions and discussions with participants about these issues

The activities were attended by representatives of the Lunik Administrative Unit, head of villages, resident and representatives of AdZM Elbasan. Representatives of the two beneficiary organizations of this mini-project led this activity according to an agenda:

- Lobbying and Advocacy for the Protection of NP Shebenik-Jablanica
- Identify the issues to be addressed for resolution by the relevant authorities
- Questions and discussions with participants about these issues
The meeting was of great interest to the participants, who were engaged in questions, discussions and debates on the issues and ways of managing the Shebenik-Jablanica National Park and protecting the Protected Areas.

Meeting with the Administration, village heads, community and other stakeholders in the Rrajce Administrative Unit to increase their role in lobbying and advocacy in the protection and management of the Shebenik-Jablanica National Park.

At this meeting the project was presented by the Agri-En representative, its purpose and objectives and also lobbying and Advocacy by Albnatyres specialist.The management plan and various issues that concern the community and other stakeholders were also discussed.
At the meeting, the AdZM representative raised the problem of logging in the park as well as the lack of community co-operation of some villages in extinguishing the fires in the park and requested that awareness raising activities be increased in this unit. protection of the Shebenik-Jablanica National Park.
Residents raised concerns about firewood and pastures. The establishment of a local environmental forum for the management of NP Shebenik-Jablanica was also discussed.
