Training of elementary school teachers for the environmental education

Institute for Nature Conservation in Albania (INCA) with the support of UNICEF and in collaboration with the Institute of Education Development, finalized in 15 June 2010 the three year project for the training of elementary school teachers for the environmental education in 5 regions (Tirane, Durres, Lezhe, Shkodra and Korça). A total number of 1994 teachers and 330 school Principals were trained and equipped with teacher book, student notebook, school guide and a kit-bag (26 items inside). The project will continue with other 5 Regions (Elbasan, Fier, Berat Vlore).
