Sustainable Hydropower in the Western Balkans

On 7-8 October, Dr. Zamir Dedej attended the International Conference on "Sustainable Hydropower in the Western Balkans" which was held in Dubrovnik. The conference gathered key stakeholders in dam development and operation in the region, to discuss for the potential of enhancing the sustainability of hydropower schemes through the adoption of environmental standards, including the concept of environmental flow.
