Network performance assessment for the first year

In the framework of the SENIOR-A Program, a performance monitoring process has been developed by the Embassy of Sweden in order to assess the program implementation. In this respect, Representatives from the Swedish Embassy and REC Albania, accompanied by the program manager conducted a monitoring visit at the INCA’s premises. The discussion was focused on the main activities developed by the Network for Nature Protection during the first year of implementation as well as the potential cooperation with other networks working in the region. In this regard, INCA has already started the first steps towards the cooperation with organizations that support women and youth, hoping to receive visible results early next year.
The Network for Nature Protection has intensively invested in strengthening cooperation, sharing experience among network members and extending it at the local level. The organization of special environmental days with network members has also helped on further network promotion, apart from achieving the main goal of nature protection awareness raising. One of the mission outcome regarding expected results and challenges faced by INCA and the Nature Protection Network members was building from the new experience and the successful coordination of Network activities during its first year.
