Hydropower construction impacts on rivers

On 9 November in Tirana, INCA in collaboration with PPNEA, EDEN and Ekolevizja, organized the Workshop "Hydropower construction impacts on rivers". The workshop was organized in framework of the project "Public information campaign for the sustainable hydropower in Albania, with emphasize to the Osumi River" financially supported by WWF. There were about 40 people participating in this activity from the local authority from Vertop Commune, local community, community\'s based local organizations in Berat, civil society organizations, students from The agriculture University of Tirana, from the Faculty of Engineering and from the University of Social Sciences in Tirana, experts, media, etc. 

This project is implemented by 4 environmental organizations in Tirana: INCA, Ekolevizja, EDEN and PPNEA which have shared their work experience with the participants at the workshop.
